<p>The <strong>GATE platform</strong> integrates industrial Big Data strength frameworks (i.e., Oracle, IBM, SAP, Bosch) with open-source software (i.e., Hadoop, Kubernetes). Thus, it assures smooth symbiosis between the advanced state of the art hardware and software technologies without being dependent on either of them to avoid the vendor lock-in. This speeds up the process of employing Big Data and AI technologies in research, innovation and commercial projects.</p>



<p>The <strong>GATE platform</strong> is built on open standards to foster its openness and interoperability. It will be a gateway to other EU infrastructures such as FIWARE, EGI, BDVA i-Spaces and more importantly Swedish <a>AI Data Factory </a>initiative. The platform utilizes the most advanced national (Bulgarian and Swedish) HPC infrastructures. Open APIs and Open Data as a service is provided, enabling the creation and operation of GATE Ecosystem.</p>
